The short version: All sales are final — no refunds. OCTORA is a digital product with instant license delivery, and every customer gets a free 1-day full-feature trial to test the software before paying anything.

1. All sales are final

OCTORA is a digital product. License keys are delivered instantly and can be activated immediately after payment. Because the product cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

2. Try before you buy — free 1-day trial

Every customer gets a free 1-day trial with all features unlocked — no card, no payment required. This trial exists so you can fully evaluate OCTORA on your own PC before spending anything. If you buy a license, it means you had the opportunity to test the software and decided it was right for you.

3. What completing a purchase means

By sending payment (USDT on the TRC-20 network) and activating a license, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy. Please use the free trial first if you are unsure.

4. Payment or activation problems

A no-refund policy does not mean no support. If your USDT payment went through but your license did not activate, or you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our side, contact us on Telegram (@batmanjaatwhop) with your transaction ID — we will fix genuine technical failures promptly.

5. License terms still apply

All licenses remain subject to the Terms of Service (one license = one PC, non-transferable). Misuse such as license sharing or tampering leads to permanent revocation without refund.
