By installing or using OCTORA ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written in plain English.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a license to use the OCTORA desktop software, not ownership of the software itself. Rouqil Tech keeps all rights to the app, its code, designs and brand.

2. One license = one PC (non-transferable)

Each license key works on exactly one computer. It is locked to that machine and cannot be moved, copied or shared.
You may not sell, lend, rent or give away your license key.
If your PC is replaced or its hardware changes significantly, contact support on Telegram (@batmanjaatwhop) — we will help genuine cases with a license reset.
Any attempt to bypass the license check (cracking, key sharing, tampering) will result in the license being permanently revoked without refund.

3. Trial

The free 7-day trial gives you full access to the app's features for 7 days. One trial per machine. After the trial ends, the app will ask you to activate a paid license.

EDITABLE — refund policy placeholder: The seller has not finalized the refund policy yet. The intended policy is: because a free 7-day trial is offered, all sales are final and no refunds are given after purchase — but the seller must confirm or replace this text before launch.

5. Acceptable use — your accounts, your responsibility

You connect your own YouTube, Google, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. You are responsible for everything published through them.
You must follow each platform's own rules (YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, Instagram/Facebook's Terms, TikTok's Community Guidelines). If a platform restricts or bans your account for how you used it, that is between you and the platform.
Do not use OCTORA to upload content you don't own or don't have rights to, or to spam, mislead, or harass.
YouTube applies a daily upload quota to new apps (roughly 6 uploads/day shared across users at launch, growing over time). The app's queue handles this fairly — please don't try to game it.

6. What we promise (and what we can't)

We work to keep OCTORA reliable and updated, but the app depends on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok). If they change their systems, some features may pause until we adapt.
We do not promise any specific views, subscribers, earnings or "virality". The app is a tool — results depend on your content and consistency.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rouqil Tech is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or account actions taken by platforms.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Important changes will be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use OCTORA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
